Health is the common sense habits we know we should do—exericse, avoid sugar/smoking/alcohol, get more sleep—but required effort.
Wellness, biohacking, etc are products marketed to us because we’d rather pay for the false promise of a shortcut than commit to consistent habits.
For some people, they’re always looking for shortcuts. Some kind of quick fix to make things better. But the truth is there’s no shortcut you can take
