It is great for tracking food and workouts and comes with a quick start guide that walks you through the process of using it.   They have a little bit of everything for tracking food to long-term and short term goals, mood, sleep, water tracking, weight, and other tidbits. It has really boosted our productivity each week. We have had success so far tracking and steadily losing weight as well.
