It is more interesting to think about how professionals solve problems, versus the kinds of problems that they solve. Because by doing so, you can uncover a wealth of different thinking tools that are abstract enough to apply to any domain, regardless of profession.

My favorite one from the article below is the one of ‘solider’ which is that “Routine and Discipline Prevent Deadly Mistakes”

I see this applying to fitness and health, though not in terms of deadly mistakes. Just in terms of systematizing your process.
